Timing of construction
In the first phase, 6 plots have been designated on the land next to the Boutique Spa, where construction of the first 2 show villas will start in 2027. The timing of further villa and individual plot sales will closely follow current customer demand.
The luxury villas will be built using an innovative, state-of-the-art technology that allows for a significantly faster and more sustainable construction process than before. This technology is CLT, a wood panel laminated by cross-laminating and pressing. This technology is very popular in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Canada and the United States due to its naturalness and reliability.
It is important to emphasise that, despite the CLT support structure, the external appearance of the building will not be affected: the façade cladding and windows will follow the visual plans. Moreover, the interior design can be fully customised to the client's requirements.
