We invite you to our Wine and Dine event on the 16-17th of October.

On Friday you can enjoy the wild feast of Chef Lazar and the wines of Gral Wine Estate. On Saturday during the Texas Scramble golf tournament Chef Lazar will prepare the food at the halfway from his pick-up!

Halfway menu: Pulled Beef and Hamburger.

Wine dinner menu:

Welcome snack:
Smoked salmon on a spectacle grill and served on a tray with hicory wood, smoky, slightly spicy chili sauce, sourdough bread and sweet mustard with dill

Cold appetizer:
Soponyai Flavored deer salami, wild boar pate, wild liver, blueberry jam, brioche

Soup:
Tarragon-currys game stew soup flavored with ginger, chili and fresh coriander

Hot appetizer:
Marinated venison in a wok with roasted vegetables, peanut sauce and rice noodles

Main course:
Fried wild boar thigh with sweet potato cream, apple and pear compote

Dessert:
Chocolate, blueberries, cloves

Appetizer: Pinot Gris Battonage 2018
Marrow: Kadarka 2018
Hot appetizer: MAESTRO – Cabernet Franc and Merlot cuvée 2017
Main course: Kékfrankos 2017
Dessert: a sweet surprise

Entry fee for the texas:
5 900 HUF - For junior players
7 900 HUF for club members in Zala Springs
21 900 HUF for guests
The entry fee includes green fee, halfway Snack and a light lunch after the competition.

Entry fee is payable: at the club reception by card or cash.

Participation in the wine dinner with the entry fee of the competition: 31 900 HUF
Wine dinner fee: 14 900 HUF + 12% service fee

Our accommodation offer for the event: 49,900 HUF / person * which includes 1 night's accommodation with breakfast, participation at the competition and the wine dinner.
