Conditions of competition: The competition will be held in accordance with the rules of the R&A Rules Limited, the Rules of Competition of the Hungarian Golf Federation of 2021, and the Local Rules of Zala Springs Golf Resort. The tournament is HCP modifier.

The entry fee includes:
- competition organisation and entry fees;
- the green fee for the day before of the championship (practicing day) and for the competition days (4 green fees);
- snack packages 3 times;
- 2nd competition day lunch on Saturuday, 14 August,

Entry method: Enter individually at www.mgsz.golfigo.com by selecting the tournament and clicking on the entry button and filling out the entry form. Entry will be valid by paying the participation fee.

Entry cancellation: If for any reason the player is unable to participate in the championship he/she may withdraw his/her entry. It must be done before the deadline of entry (August 10, 2021, 11:59 PM)

Cut: 78 players are the recommended number for the last competition day based on the gross stroke score, which includes those who are tied. The ratio of gender and main categories ("A", "B") is the same as that of the players in the championship by gender and main category, but at least 10 players/main category/boys and 8 players/main category/girls. In cases of doubt, the Committee will decide.
The cut number will be published by the Committee after Day 1. The organiser of the championship can also determine a higher number compared to the recommended number (afterwards).

Participants: All amateur golfers who have a valid HCP are eligible to play.
The total number of players in the announced categories is maximum 138. In case of overbooking, the entry of the 138 lowest HCP Indexed players will be accepted by the Committee in proportion to the number of entries per category. The Pannonia Golf & Country Club may hold 10 wild cards (within the 138 participants).

Entry to the waiting list is allowed dependent on the above limited HCP Indexes. If the entry list is not full (138 participants), then according to the HCP Indexes orders those in the waiting list will be moved to the entry list. Those who are not moved to the start list, their entry fee will be refunded (HGF will return it within two weeks to the account from which the amount was received).

Referees: 2 or 3 referees (names will be published on the practice day)
It is the player's responsibility to know the terms and conditions of the championship.
The Committee's decision is final and cannot be appealed against.

Prizes and categories: At the Hungarian Junior Open Golf Championship, the Hungarian Golf Federation will present prizes in the following categories:

The Junior Open Championship prizes may be awarded to any participant according to their category classification.

At the Hungarian Junior Golf Championship, the Hungarian Golf Federation gives out prizes in the following categories:

The Junior Hungarian Championship prizes may be awarded to any Hungarian citizen according to their category classification.

Any player can enter in a higher age category. (For example, a U14 player can enter in U16 category) if he/she meets the HCP limit of the category.

If the number of participants of same-gender individuals in a category ("A" or "B") is less than 5, then only the first place will be awarded.

Double prizing is allowed at the championship.

Starting is in accordance with the Competition Rules of HGF, depending on the number of participants and the decision of the Committee.

Start list: The first day start list can be viewed the day before the training day (August 12, 2021) from 12 PM at www.mgsz.golfigo.com

Players starting in the same categories should be put into the same groups where possible, depending on their handicaps.

Competition days:

1st competition day: Tuesday, August 13, 2021
1st competition day start order: increasing order according to HCP Index, possibly by category.

2nd completion day: Wednesday, August 14, 2021
2nd competition day start order: increasing order according to the previous day stroke results, possibly by category.

3rd competition day: Sunday, August 15, 2021
3rd competition day start order: according to the previous two daily total stroke results, in descending order according to the Championship Rules. The last groups must be set up so that the players of the different categories who are likely to win will start last.
Victory ceremony.

Tie: A tie for the 1st place in categories “A” and “B” shall decide by “Play off” on those holes which the Committee select.
Any further tie will be decided based on the final stipulated 36, 18, 9, 6, 3 holes or last hole of the best score from the players.

Pace of Play: The maximum allowable time is the maximum time considered necessary by the Committee for a group to complete its round. This is expressed in a per-hole and aggregate time format and includes all time associated with playing the game, e.g., for rulings and walking times between holes. See Rule 5.6b(3). The maximum time allotted for the completion of 18 holes at the course is 4 hours and 24 minutes. Penalty for first breach: verbal warning from referee. Penalty for second breach: one-stroke penalty. Penalty for third breach: general penalty applied in addition to the penalty for the second breach.
Penalty for fourth breach: Disqualification.

Score card drop off: The scorecard must be signed by the player and the marker and dropped off at the scoring area as soon as possible after the game has been completed. If the player has dropped off the scorecard or left the scoring area, he will no longer be able to modify or amend it.

Victory ceremony: On the last day of the championship, after receiving and processing all the
scorecards.

Caddies: Use of caddies is not permitted.

Golf cart: Use of golf electric golf carts is not permitted (execpt the practice day).

Use of distance measuring device: The use of a distance measuring device is permitted, if used only for distance measurement, other supplementary measurements (slope, wind speed, etc.) are not allowed.

Motorised trolleys: Motorised trolley use is allowed.
