Organiser: Hungarian Golf Federation

Rules:
The Championship will be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf approved by R&A Rules Limited, the General Term and Conditions of Competitions and the Conditions of Ranking List Tournaments of the Hungarian Golf Federation, and in accordance with the Local Rules of the Zala Springs Golf Resort. The competition is an HCP modifier.

Date of the competition: July 22-25, 2021

Practice day: July 22, 2021

The venue of the competition: Zala Springs Golf Resort, Zalacsány

Form of play: Stroke play 54 (3x18) holes

The entry fee includes:
▪ the entry fee and competition fee;
▪ the green fee for the day before the championship (practicing day) and for the competition days (4 green fees);
▪ Snack packages, water on the days of the competition;
▪ Participation once on the dinner of the competition

Entry method:
Online at GOLFIGO (mgsz.golfigo.com), the entry is completed after the payment of the tournament entry fee.

Entry withdrawal:
Players may withdraw their entry until the deadline indicated above. In this case the full amount of entry fee will be refunded via bank transfer.

Cut:
Based on the 1. regulation of the General Terms of the Competitions of the Hungarian Golf Federation 75% of the field. In case of the cut the ratio of gender is the same as that of the players in the championship by gender.

Participants:
All amateur golfers who have a valid WHS HCP are eligible to play. Foreign players need to present a valid (not older than 30 days) HCP certification from their club (send to the office@hungolf.hu)
The maximum number of participants is 138 in total. The Committee will hold a handicap ballot if the number of entries exceeds limits and will prefer competitors with lower HCPs.
The organizers may hold 6 wild cards (within the 138 participants).

HCP limit for the Championship:
Men, Women: HCP Index 26,0

Entry to the waiting list is allowed dependent on the above limited EHCPs. If the entry list is not full (138 participants), then according to the EHCP orders those in the waiting list will be moved to the entry list. Those who are not moved to the start list, their entry fee will be fully refunded (HGF will return it within two weeks to the account from which the amount was received).

Committee:
Championship director, referees and the representative from the golf club (2 persons)

Referees:
2 or 3 referees published on the dashboard in the club house. It is the player's responsibility to know the Terms and Conditions of the championship. The Committee's decision is final and cannot be appealed against

Start list:
Starting is in accordance with the Competition Rules of HGF, depending on the number of participants and the decision of the Committee.

The first day start list will be published on the training day (July 22, 2021) from 12 PM in the Golfigo (mgsz.golfigo.com).

Players starting in the same categories should be divided into the same groups where possible depending on their handicaps.

Competition days:
1st day of the competition: Friday, July 23, 2021
1st competition day start order: increasing order according to HCP Index, possibly by category.

2nd day of the competition: Saturday, July 24, 2021
2nd competition day start order: increasing order according to the previous day stroke results, possibly by category.

3rd day of the competition: Sunday, October 11, 2020
3rd competition day start order: according to the previous two daily total stroke results, in descending order according to the Championship Rules. The last groups must be set up so that the players of the different categories who are likely to win will start last.
Award Ceremony.

Decision of tie:
According to 1st Supplement of the General Terms and Conditions of Competitions.

Pace of play:
According to 4th Supplement of the General Term and Conditions of Competitions.

Score cards:
The scorecard must be signed by the player and the marker and dropped off at the scoring area as soon as possible after the game has been completed. If the player has dropped off the scorecard or left the scoring area, he will no longer be able to modify or amend it.

Award Ceremony:
Once the event declared completed – all score cards have been returned and data are processed

Caddies:
According to the General Terms and Conditions of Competitions.

Golf cart:
According to 6th Supplement of the General Term and Conditions of Competitions.
